Current Opening

Landscape Maintenance Assistant or Foreman

Location: Southfield, Michigan
Start Date: July 2026
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 per person

We are hiring two to three experienced professionals for skilled landscape maintenance positions.

This is not a lawn mowing position. Responsibilities may include:

  • Weeding and landscape bed maintenance
  • Shrub and ornamental plant trimming
  • Mulch installation
  • Softscape installation and maintenance
  • Seasonal property cleanups
  • General landscape maintenance
  • Additional duties based on project needs

Qualifications

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Four to five years of landscaping industry experience
  • Knowledge of professional landscape maintenance practices
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to our Southfield shop

Compensation and Employment Options
