Andy’s Landscape Services is growing, and we are looking for two to three experienced landscape professionals to join our team in Southfield, Michigan.

Qualified new hires may receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus per person.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced landscape professionals who are looking for competitive compensation, year-round employment, and a long-term position with an established Southeast Michigan landscaping company.

Landscape Maintenance Assistant and Foreman Positions

We are currently hiring for landscape maintenance assistant and foreman positions starting in July 2026.

Applicants should have four to five years of experience working in the landscaping industry. Candidates must also have reliable transportation to our shop in Southfield, Michigan.

Compensation options include competitive hourly pay or a year-round salaried position. Andy’s Landscape Services does not have seasonal layoffs, giving qualified team members the opportunity to build a stable, long-term career.

This Is Not a Lawn Mowing Position

This position is focused on skilled landscape maintenance rather than routine lawn mowing.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Weeding and maintaining landscape beds
  • Shrub and ornamental plant trimming
  • Mulch installation
  • Softscape installation and maintenance
  • Seasonal landscape cleanup
  • General property and landscape maintenance
  • Additional duties based on project and property needs

We are looking for experienced professionals who understand proper landscape maintenance techniques, take pride in their work, and can help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
